Task: Hold Supplier Progress Meeting
The objective of this meeting is not only to ensure that Capgemini and Supplier are fully aware of the status of the purchased items (products and/or services), but also to manage expectations, discuss variances, make decisions, and discuss and approve changes in work scope or budget/costs. Where issues are identified, corrective actions will be determined to address them.

Main Description

Progress meetings with the Supplier should be conducted on a periodic basis and typically include the following:

  • review plan and budget status.
  • review all obligations and dependencies.
  • review service engagement risks and issues involving the Supplier.
  • review actions involving the Supplier.
  • approve scope changes.

These meetings should be used to improve the supplier’s performance and to establish and nurture long-term relationships with preferred Suppliers.
